The Registry cleaner is confusing because it has an 'OK!' button and a dangerous option: 'Auto Clean,' something I encourage you to avoid. There's little help, though RegSeeker warns that to backup the Registry, make sure to check mark 'backup for deletion.' There's no automatic restore feature; you'll need to find the saved .REG file and click on it.
