Copy Windows Live Mail Folders

How to export contacts from Windows Live Mail?
Run Windows Live Mail on your computer, its Mail tab opens by default. You can press CTRL+3 on the keyboard or click the Contacts from the bottom left corner to quickly switch from Mail to Contacts in Windows Live Mail. Then click the Export button in the ribbon to show the contacts export options. You can will be able to export contacts from Windows Live Mail as Comma separated values (.CSV) and Business card (.VCF) formats, see below screenshot.
The CSV export option in Windows Live Mail will output all contacts or selected contacts as a single CSV file; the VCF export option in Windows Live Mail will export selected contacts or all contacts as multiple VCF files.
