Aug 22, 2013 Adobe Flash Player on my Windows 8 tablet. Would like to know why we can't install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 8. It is not offered in the Windows App Store and without I can't download the older, original versions of Angry Birds. Navigate to on the browser by typing the address in the URL bar at the top then look for the download link with adobe.flashplayer.apk on it. Tap on the link to go to the download page.

What happens when you search for the app in Windows Store?
Surface RT comes with Flash already loaded.
Internet Explorer 10 on Windows RT supports Flash only for sites that are in the so-called cv list.
